We now have a blueprint as to what the requirements should be for our next POTUS, starting with making Income Tax returns mandatory, and a possible Litmus Test of basic, elementary knowledge of the Three Branches of Government and which territories belong to the U.S., outside of the 50 states. No one ever bothered to “Test” Donald Trumps knowledge-base to see if he might have an “Aleppo” moment, (as John Kasich will admit).
