The only people who have job security are the Indians from India — based solely on name-recognition, Not experience, they are efficiently trained and privy to knowledge withheld from American colleagues. I witnessed first-hand how daily changes and ambiguity go hand-in-hand, explained away by fast-talkers with heavy accents, they have become the quincentennial epitome of job shuffling and lateral movement that keeps them engaged (plus, their work visa depends upon it).
